The proud black rooster crows excitedly while Paul collects the fresh eggs and carefully places them in the basket. The yellow chick watches him curiously. The pretty patterned hen, on the other hand, pays him no mind and continues scratching for food! Every morning, Paul looks forward to the "peep-peep parade," when he visits his chickens to see if there are any fresh eggs.
