How we ship UncleJays orders.

Delivery areas

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Channel Islands and BFPO may incur additional charges shown at checkout.

Orders are processed on working days. You will receive email updates when your order is confirmed and when it has been dispatched.

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos where applicable.

If a courier cannot deliver, they may leave a card or return the parcel to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or refund as appropriate.
