Consumer rights
If you are a UK consumer you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faulty or misdescribed items may be eligible for repair, replacement or refund.
Change of mind
For unwanted items in resaleable condition you may return within 14 days of delivery unless the product is sealed for hygiene or personalised. Contact us before returning.
Return costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, you may be responsible for return postage. We recommend tracked delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, whichever is sooner.
