UncleJays delivers across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

• Standard UK delivery typically 2–5 working days after dispatch
• Express options may be available at checkout during peak periods
• We do not currently ship outside the UK via this website

Processing times

Orders are packed Monday to Friday. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. During live-show events or busy sale periods, processing may take a little longer — we will email you if there is a delay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. If you have not received tracking within 3 working days of ordering, please contact us.
