With a wingspan of more than 8 metres, this winged and toothless pterosaur was one of the largest flying creatures of all time. The beak-shaped mouth was adapted for catching fish and other marine animals. A sac is noticeable on the neck and the tail was greatly reduced. The skull had a long bony crest at the back.
