The Velociraptor was a small dinosaur that lived around 65 to 90 million years ago in the Upper Cretaceous period in China and Mongolia. It was an agile, bipedal predatory dinosaur that leapt at its prey and killed it with its large toe. It is very likely that Velociraptor had feathers at least on its arms and tail.
