The Hush spider is a diurnal, agile hunter that lives in the herb and shrub layer of vegetation in various habitats. This thermophilic animal hunts without a web. Mature animals are mainly found in May and June, females occasionally in August. If the female is expecting offspring, she builds a chamber for her eggs from spun leaves, which is usually attached close to the ground and guarded until hatching. The eggs are green in colour.
